All purchases are strictly non-refundable. Due to the service-based nature of our work — bug fixing, performance auditing, and technical support — no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be accepted once payment has been confirmed and work has commenced.

Our services begin immediately upon payment confirmation. Engineering time and expertise cannot be reclaimed once delivered; therefore, refunds are not possible regardless of outcome preference. If you are unsatisfied with the result, we are committed to working with you under a revision process until the issue is resolved within the agreed scope — but this is not a financial reversal.

Chargebacks: Any unauthorized chargeback filed after service delivery has commenced will be contested in full. We maintain detailed records of all transactions, session logs, communication histories, and delivery confirmations, all of which are submitted to Stripe and the issuing bank upon any dispute.

By engaging Decid Limited, you agree:

Scope: Each purchase covers the specific service selected. Work outside scope requires a separate engagement.

Code Access: You are responsible for providing authorised access to your codebase. All client code is permanently deleted on project completion.

Turnaround: Timeframes are estimates except for Emergency Support, which is guaranteed.

Revisions: One revision cycle is included per service. Additional rounds are quoted separately.

Confidentiality: All client code, data, and business information is treated as strictly confidential.

PRIVACY POLICY

We collect only what is necessary to deliver our services:

Data Collected: Name, email, WhatsApp number, payment data. Payment data is processed solely by Stripe — we never access or store card details.

Code & Files: Any code or files shared are used exclusively for the purchased service and are permanently deleted on completion.

No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing.

Stripe: Payment processing is governed by Stripe's own Privacy Policy. We have no access to full card numbers.

Our proprietary diagnostic tools, internal frameworks, and methodologies remain the property of Decid Limited and are not transferred as part of any engagement.

⚖ Disputes

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Contact us via WhatsApp before any formal action. The vast majority of concerns are resolved quickly through direct communication.

Chargeback Policy: Filing a chargeback without prior contact constitutes a breach of these terms. All communications, delivery logs, and session records will be submitted to Stripe and the issuing bank in full.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Decid Limited (Company No. 17121128) is registered in the United Kingdom.
